Try not to talk to anyone when u feel anxious. People dont like to be part of it. And there is no AA thing for anxiety. And outside would not distract you. 
I also out of sleep pills. Downloaded some finding friends app. It help me to talk with random people. Just looking for better things. Even better sky. Maybe its only then, when i feel relax again. Maybe.
